“和”即和谐，“不同”即个性、灵气。
  Harmony with diversity means maintaining harmony and allowing for difference, in other word, that personality and inspiration are as important as order.   

  和谐是中国传统文化的核心，包括人与人的和谐，人与社会的和谐，人与环境的和谐，以及环境自身的和谐，在和谐中追求个性张扬与“气韵生动”。
  Harmony is the core of Chinese traditional culture,including  harmony among human beings, between human beings and community, and between human beings and environment, through which personality and creation are pursued.   

  天地万物，生生不息,“生气” 是万物生化的原动力，山川、村落、建筑都是有生命和呼吸的活体。
  Everything in the world is circulating without end. Qi , which means vigour, is one of the most crucial element of all life, and Chinese think mountains, villages and buildings are all living bodies with breath.  

  天地有至美，需要我们仰观俯察，用心地解读。一个好的人居环境、风景区，必定要具有良好的气场和灵气。阴、阳协调，和而不同，气机得以胎息。
  The beauty of the universe requires us observing heart and soul. A good dwelling place or a scenic spot is surely having perfect surroundings, where Yin and Yang combines and balances well so life can be germinated.   

  山抱水环，龙蟠虎踞，朱雀翔舞，其景灵秀。风水是中国古代避凶趋吉的景观评价系统，作为东方文化特有的思维方式，不仅体现在城市、乡村、住宅等的选址和规划布局中，而且渗透、积淀为中国人心理层面上的审美文化取向和世代相传的风俗习惯。
  A dwelling surrounded by mountains and rivers symbolizes dragon and phoenix dancing, where extreme beauty presents. Fengshui is the Chinese traditional landscape evaluation system which can be used to avoid evil and chase propitiousness. As the unique way of thinking of Chinese, Fengshui is not merely used in site selection and planning of cities、villages and dwellings, but also embodied in Chinese custom and culture.   

  天人归一，其境至高。本中心致力于用几千年来一脉相承的中国传统地理学（风水）的精髓，充分挖掘和塑造一地独特的山川灵气和历史文脉，用物质的、硬件的、有形的建筑和景观，表现无形的文脉、环境、生态等主题，以人为本,回归自然,虽由人作，宛若天成，营造“和而不同”、阴阳合宜、优美舒适的旅游景观和人居环境，服务于社会。
  Amalgamating man and the heaven into one is the highest aim in China. Our research center devotes to fully excavating and shaping the characteristic landscape of certain destination according to its own history and culture. We exhibit the themes of history, environment and ecology through visible architectures and landscape. Fully respecting the nature, we work hard to plan elegant and comfortable destinations and human dwellings to serve the society.   

  古今荟萃、东西交融。景观设计既要研究继承东方文化生态和中国传统地理学，又要借鉴国外市场经济发达国家以项目为核心的规划理论和方法，与国际学术界接轨，在建筑设计、园林设计、城市规划、城市空间设计、景观设计等多学科的交融之中形成创新体系，同时将学术研究和社会需要紧密结合起来，利用现代数字化技术，提高设计的智力含量和科技含量。
  Blending Fengshui and modern landscape architecture，learning from the project-focused planning theories and methods of western counties，considering nowadays needs, and taking full advantages of modern digital technology, we will try our best to create a new system through trans-subject study and combine the academic research with society needs.
